All rental garments are sent via Australia Post Express to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

When Will Your Garment Arrive?
To guarantee timely delivery, we’ll send your garment well in advance.

Easy Returns:
Returning your rental is simple and hassle-free:

• A pre-paid return label and detailed instructions are included with your order.
• Attach the label to the provided reusable packaging.
• Drop the package at an Australia Post office or Express Post Box by 12pm on the scheduled return date. If the return date falls on a Sunday, you can return it on Monday morning.

Postage Fee:
Postage is $20 for delivery and for the pre-paid return satchel.

Studio Pick-Up and Drop-Off:
You can collect and return your rental from our studio in Hurlstone Park between 1 pm and 4 pm, Tuesday to Thursday.

Alternative Location:
For pick-ups and drop-offs outside these times, arrangements can be made at our Bexley location.

Coordinating Your Appointment:
We’ll be in touch closer to your booking date to confirm the exact time and location for your pick-up and return, ensuring the process is seamless and convenient for you.

We find this style to fit small, despite saying true to size on the designer’s page. The corset is very fitted, so if you are in between sizes around your torso, size up.
